Conversations

List conversations

List the workspace's phone threads, most recently active first.

GET/v1/conversations

Needs the conversations:read scope.

Query parameters

limitinteger
1–100, default 25.
cursorstring
The `nextCursor` from a previous response.
numberIdstring
Narrow to one of the workspace's numbers.
statusstring
Narrow to one folder, by slug: `open` or `done`.

Returns

A page of conversations. The items are in data, and nextCursor fetches the next page. A failed call answers with an error instead.

What the most recent activity was: sms_message, call_log, comment, reaction, assignment.
