Pagination
Lists are cursor-paginated. Ask for a page, follow the cursor, stop when it comes back null.
How it works
Every list endpoint returns a data array and a nextCursor. Cursors point at a
position, not a page number, so rows arriving while you page never shift the ones
you have already seen.
Parameters
limit— page size, 1 to 100. Defaults to 25.cursor— continues from a previous response'snextCursor.
Filters must stay the same across a run; changing one invalidates the cursor.
Following the cursor

Stop when nextCursor is null. Do not count on totals — we do not return one,
because it would be a lie under concurrent writes.
